About Us
The VCHS Photography Club empowers students to develop their photographic skills, express their creativity, and serve the community through visual storytelling.
History
The club brings students together to learn technique, share critique, and document school life. As membership has grown, the club has expanded into community projects, shared equipment access, and public portfolios so student work has somewhere to live.
Members collaborate with school partners and local organizations to apply photography to meaningful projects, build portfolios, and gain real-world experience.
Mission
Our mission is to make an impact on the community through photography. We strive for impact by reaching out to organizations and providing free photoshoots when approved and available. We aim to make photography more accessible by sharing equipment and opportunities with students who may not have access to professional-grade gear.
