How we handle inquiries and photos.

Booking and sponsorship forms

Forms may collect name, email, organization, project details, preferred date/time/location, budget notes, photographer preference, and contribution interest. We use that information only to respond to the inquiry and coordinate approved shoots or donations. We do not sell contact lists or run marketing campaigns from these forms.

Delivery

Until a form endpoint or club inquiry email is configured in data/site.json, submissions are not emailed automatically. The site may copy a summary for you to send via Instagram or email.

Photographs

Published images should have appropriate permission. Subjects, parents/guardians, or school staff can request removal by messaging @vchs_photography. We will review and remove or replace images when required.

Student contact details

Personal student emails and phone numbers are not published on this site. Booking goes through the club inquiry flow.

Corrections

To correct a project description, sponsor listing, or caption, contact the club Instagram or school office so an officer can update the content files.
